Open Heart, Quiet Mind

It has been such an interesting time over the last month to say the least.  We have been through Venus in retrograde with other planets following in suit.  It is said all of this is an opportunity to grow spiritually and emotionally and I guess there is some truth in that. The truth is we need to be grateful and in our hearts for growth and transformation. Its our ego that often gets in the way and manipulates us out of being grateful. It is hard to be grateful when we are living in our head, constantly worrying about the future or rumination about the past. When you drop into your heart you become the moment and your mind is quiet.  This is the only space where there is no anxiety, no fear and no pain.

As a healer I am privileged to be with people at their most vulnerable. I say privileged because being vulnerable is when you are in your heart and in a state of just being. Often we hear vulnerability is being weak but I believe it is being empowered and strong, when we feel rather than think we grow and transform. It is a belief that our mind is where we find our strength and our cognitive ability is empowerment however this is avoiding emotion and not being in our heart space which in fact is disempowerment. One way of dropping into our heart and finding empowerment is mindfulness.

Being mindful is the anchor we can hold onto when our minds take us into anxiety, concern, fear and thinking about the past. Mindful techniques can be everyday activities, for example eating mindfully, walking mindfully or listening mindfully. While eating your lunch you focus on chewing your food, how it tastes, the texture in you mouth etc. This slows a racing mind. Walking and focusing on the sounds, smells, colours and how your body feels is being very mindful. Practice this and take note after how you mind was less busy. These are some techniques you can use every day.  If you suffer from anxiety a mindful breathing technique is often helpful and meditation practiced on a regular basis will change how your mind functions. When working as a mental health nurse I came in contact with clients in heightened states of anxiety and often I found that a mindful technique aided best in reducing their anxiety.

Using my mental health knowledge combined with my spiritual knowledge gives me tools I can share to heal people on an emotional level. What I have found works best for people is dropping into your heart. I guide people through a meditative process to drop into a part of them that is vulnerable and release the emotional blockages built through trauma which is often hidden by fear, anxiety and physical pain. This begins a shift in the way you think about everything you do in your life.

Understanding Emotional Release

The Power of Feelings

When seeing your favourite musician live for the first time,  it’s not what you hear you remember it’s the feeling you had being there. This feeling is kept within your body and when you remember that moment you automatically feel it simultaneously. When you land in a country you have always wanted to visit it's not what you see that you remember it’s the emotion you felt in your body that stays with you. When you see your new born child for the first time it’s not the pain of the birth you remember it’s the emotion you felt for your child that you tell your friends about.

We are emotional beings.  Our emotions are complex and real.  They can be out there for all to see or they can be very hidden.  They are ever shifting and changing or they can be very stuck and blocking. For some people exercise such as running is an emotional release, for others it’s a loss of temper or becoming physically ill. The thing we have to become aware of is that our emotions are very powerful and when they are not balanced or blocked we suffer on some level.

Suffering, being directly linked to contained emotion, became more and more evident to me over the years and I felt very passionate about helping people release these emotional blockages.

Emotional Blockages

So my own personal journey began. I started to look at my emotional blockages and how they were impacting on my everyday life. Decisions I had unconsciously made as a very young child determined how I trusted people. How do we make decisions as babies, toddlers or children??

We make these decisions based on our feelings or our emotions. For example, a young child who at 18 months of age is left with relatives because Mum is going into hospital to give birth to her second child.  Her first child is left with someone she doesn’t know very well for a couple of days, and to a child that seems like an eternity. Finally this young child sees Mum again, and Mum has another baby that takes up all of her attention. The young toddler is left with a sense of abandonment, a feeling of why doesn't Mum want me anymore, a feeling of anger at the new baby, a sense of confusion in general. At this time the young toddler suffers an emotional loss of self worth because of the changes in the amount of nurturing they feel, and from then on they may not feel safe in any new relationships developed. As they grow and adult relationships are formed, there may be an underlying feeling that relationships are not safe. They may worry on unconscious level there may be someone else who will take my partner away or there may be a feeling of unexplained anger towards the partner. These underlying feelings and emotional blockages are directly related to each other.

Inner Child Healing

During an inner child session I guide you to emotional blockages and assist you in their release. This deep process is held safely with sacred intention by myself using my counselling skills, spiritual wisdom and connection to spirit. This sacred journey allows for people to awaken to the reasons behind emotional blocks and then through self love, release them.

Everyone has their own journey that is very individual to them. Crystallised Healing is a safe, non judgemental environment for the expression and release of trauma and emotional blocks.

Get out of Your Head and into Your Heart

Robyn Pacey's healing mantra

I am privileged and grateful to work with people on a spiritually healing level every day.

At 20 years of age I began my nursing career and was therefore able to be of service to people, learn about how sick a body can become both physically and mentally and observe the process medicine uses to help people feel better. While working within these confines I used my intuition and was guided to hands on healing with comfortable ease and my understanding of “getting out of my head and into my heart” developed. Let me explain.

When working with physical illness, I used medical training to help with symptoms and comfort, however these techniques didn't always work. Part of my career allowed me the privilege of being present when people where very unwell or getting ready to cross over. It was during these moments, that giving from my heart was more powerful then any medical knowledge I stored in my head. Dropping out of my thoughts and into my heart, filled my aura with a calm loving energy that was contagious. I witnessed clients muscles relax in their face and body.  It was these experiences, coupled with my understanding of healing energy, that I can now share this with clients today.

Crystallised Healing offers a safe sacred space for clients who feel vulnerable physically, emotionally spiritually or mentally. Through emotional release techniques we help people to find why they feel the way they do, and work to free these blockages.

Every individual story is unique however I found one common thread.  This thread is the mind and its ability to make us feel distressed which can lead to disease. Our thoughts are very powerful. Throughout all our healing process you will hear one common statement and that I love to say and this is “Drop out of your head and into your heart”.

Just try this exercise….

Close your eyes and focus on the back of your eyelids.

Place your hands over your heart and visualise dropping from your head into your heart. Your heart chakra is a place of unconditional love.  Feel this energy calm you physically and emotionally.

This calm place allows for clarity and reduces anxiety.

After experiencing deep healing through our Emotional Release modalities you can use this technique to help integrate the energy shifts you will feel and you can use this at anytime you feel overwhelmed.

Love & Blessings to you all.
