Morning Session
SELF LOVE is essential for us to feel joy and security in all aspects of our lives. Through my spiritual knowledge and counselling skills I have come to understand the SELF LOVE is essential to growth. Without understanding and practicing self-love, we experience blocks that can hold us back in any area of our life.
Join us for this very informative and enlightening 2 hour workshop and I will share with you an understanding of what self love really is and how to release emotional blockages, so you can open your heart to receive.

Afternoon Session
The BENEFITS of restorative yoga is endless:

• helpful with anxiety, depression, insomnia, back pain, fertility, hormonal changes
Restorative yoga is the power of SLOWING DOWN and the art of BEing (instead of DOing). It is a great form of active relaxation where we use different props ( bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags, eye pillows) to support the body so we can let go of all the tension. We stay in a pose for a long time so the nervous system can switch off to relax mode.
Soft music, candles, essential oils can help you surrender and relax to the fullest.

A delicious vegetarian lunch made to suit all dietary needs is provided.
